Good quality and it's much less expensive than the Big Green Egg branded one. Especially like the lip on the front which fits in the damper door groove so it can stay in place while you rake the ashes onto it. Nice.Nothing at all wrong with it It just don’t fit into the ash bin.Well I was hoping for the best but unfortunately it didn't happen. After reading some reviews on this tool I decided to go with the favorable ones, wrong choice. Problem with this ash removal tool isn't the quality, it's that the dang thing is too big. I've even included a photo of this product side by side with a green egg ash removal pan, you can clearly see this is bigger than the green egg and that's where the problem lies. You wouldn't think that would make that much of a difference but trust me it does. I agree with the previous reviewer that said it will probably work with the extra large egg. I'm curious, to the manufacturer of this product, did you even bother to see if it fit a green egg?The BBQ Ash pan removal would work great on ceramic grills still on the metal stand. However I purchased 1 inch porcelain feet and put my Primo on a table I built. Using the porcelain feet, the ash pan removal will not fit under the grill. I had to bend the front corners down in order for it to fit under the grill.This worked out perfect. Nice and sturdy.Must have for any BGE user. Heat is just not controllable if you don't regularly clean out the ashes. This tool is well built, very sturdy. Fits around the edge of the opening very well.Solid and heavy duty built to last. Makes ash cleanup a breeze and fits the opening perfectly.Great tool to remove ash! Received very quickly from seller! Thank you!
