First off it took a bit of work to put together. I'm talking at least an hour. And the instructions were god awful. Small print and not user friendly.So once it was put together...I liked it. It seemed very nice! I had a full incubator with eggs hatching in 3 days so I figured I'd space everyone out since the new incubator was here. Worked beautiful for 3 days. I will say it took 3-4 times longer to get back up the temp if I quickly opened it rather than my other one but that wasn't a big concern of mine.Now the fun part! Hatching day! Half my eggs hatched and the babies were drying out and sometime in the middle of the night it just decided to stop working. Like literally it said F you, I'm done. No lose cords nothing. Not the outlet. My husband said mechanically it quit and there was nothing he could do. So all the eggs that were just starting to hatch died of course since they got cold. Thank God the hatched chick's all made a dog pile and kept each other warm!Oh and the fun part taking it all apart to send back! I think I will find an over sized box and just chuck it in there and all it a day. They should just allow me to make a video of smashing the piece of crop and not make me return it. We kept the original box but now ill have to break it all down and Jenga it back to a size that will fit back in the original box. No big deal probably just another 20-30 of my life!Never got of 92 in the bottom and even though it's set to 39.5 it never reaches the highest I've seen is 39.1 and very quickly drops to 36 degrees. I have it flat and check all sides to be sealed before replacing the towel around it. I lost 96 chicken and turkey eggs. ?5% success rate alarms constantly going off bc it can't maintain proper parameters. Waste of moneyControl of humility and temperature are not accurate. Leaking. Poor hatching rate. Not recommended.It broke the the first incubation. Don't buy thisMissing parts, cracked side panel.. very disappointed. Can't use the incubator.We bought this last year and were really excited. It had a few issues to start, like no assembly or use instructions, Temperature in Celsius. We figured it out and attempted to incubate and hatch 96 eggs. We managed to get 3 quail and 2 chicken eggs to hatch. At the end of the incubation, it would not heat up. We figured it had been running for too long and put it up until this spring. We have had the unit set up and running for two days and it still will not reach a temperature above 27C. It is literally blowing cool air. Do not buy this unit.Worked good for us!
