This CBS cd was the very best way to have this record, now the virgin cd possibly sounds a little better at first, but the more you listen you realize it is more compressed for volume. I personally prefer this muddy darker mix. So, if you want a great seventies sounding slightly muddy mix, this is it. Note this recording was never a audiophile record. However this cd is as close to the original as it gets. The SACD is the best. Right next to it is this cd . Thanks.
