Easy to use. Quick warm up boiler. Use it every morning for past couple months. Stores in smaller space then my old broken espresso maker. Good tasting coffee every time use it.Would suggest to others about a less expensive option than the Italian made espresso machines.This espresso machine is really easy to use making great coffee and steamed foam for my cappuccino. The steaming knob is smooth/slippery when my fingers are moist but that is the only issue I've had.Push button choice of single/dual shot dispenses the proper amount of water so I don't have to time or monitor the pull, a great feature.I really like how the machine is fairly compact on the counter.Overall, it's fine. The espresso it makes is adequate, but definitely not amazing.It's a 51mm portafilter. The filters themselves have two layers and water can get trapped between them. The handle section also has a piece on the inside that feels like plastic that can also trap water/other liquids. After brewing the puck itself doesn't easily pop out of the filter, so clean up is kind of a pain.The steam wand has a tendency to get milk cakes under the outermost section. Which again makes clean up a pain.Flavor is great. Good crema. Easy to use. I don’t like how long it takes to clean the milk foamier. But I’m willing to do that especially for the taste. I’m just disappointed in the temperature of the coffee. I always gave to put in microwave to re-heat.We looked high and low for a reasonably priced espresso machine that delivered quality. The units sold and most retailers we found to be overpriced and inferior to this one. It took a little getting used to the button operation, but all good now. Flavor is great and delivers hot. We spent many hours researching (and in some cases buying) other units and this was our choice. No regrets so far.The machine works well, but only came with a two cup (two shot) filter and no one cup filter like it claims to, so I can only ever make two shots at a time which is super frustrating.Great for a quick shot. Nice cup warmer on top.It looks great, using fresh ground beans, the coffee tasted great, and the lack of one star is because the crema isn’t happening as I hoped it would with a machine of this caliber.
