These are the best noodles you can buy for pasta dishes. They do not cook up mushy or break apart when you stir them. I do cook them longer than package directions for chicken noodle soup but I want a softer noodle for that. I gave this order three stars only because the DATE WAS SHORT! I plan to use them anyway since dried noodles will not likely spoil. But 6 packages with only a 2 month window is too short.
