We really liked how well this worked. Cleanup was a snap. Avoid overloading with toppings as the crust may start to burn before the top is done. I wish the cord were longer but we really have no complaints. It can be stored vertically using very little space.I'm not sure why anyone cares whether or not this thing can make cardboard with some ketchup on top, or whatever they call NY or thin crust pizza. :) People want to know if it can make real pizza... Chicago Deep Dish. And yes a Gino's East regular frozen 10" pie fits fine. My first one I set for 375 and cooked it 30 minutes twice, back to back, no preheat. Any runoff will burn, but that comes right off (nonstick). The crust came out crisp but not burned, and held up a slice fine. The top comes out correct too. The only problem was the layer above the crust came out a little oily and didn't rise into the cheese layers... so I'll have to check if preheating it before putting the pie in solves that.I like how I just have to use this to cook my frozen pizza or warm up my delivery pizza without having to heat up my oven. This is a lot quicker because it heats from the top and bottom! My only suggestion is fir them to put on a latch to keep it closed for storage.I have no idea if this makes a good pizza but there is a a tool almost exactly like this sold in china and my wife makes all kinds of Chinese food with this.Super simple to use. Heats up quickly, and voila....pizza! Easy to clean with a simple wipe down and then it put away. No mess.It’s perfect and easy to use the size of the pan is great and it cooks thoroughly and crispy. The handle makes it easy to use and not get burned it opens widely and and so easy to use.So far, I’ve made pizza, quesadillas, toasted cheese sandwiches and parantha bread. Everything has come out great. The oven is super easy to use and to clean. I would have given 5 stars if there was a way to just open half way without holding the lid and the option to fully open flat so both the top and the bottom elements are on the counter. It takes a lot of counter space when it’s fully opened. I like that I’m not turning on the oven to make a pizza or standing in front of a hot stove. No regrets with this purchase.My Pizzaz quit heating after about 5 years, so I bought this waffle iron looking pizza cooker to try a different style…. I hate it!!!!!!! If you set the temperature for a frozen pizza and cook it as directions say the cheese does not brown at all it doesn’t even look cooked and the crust is over cooked. I tried lowering the temperature and cooking for a longer time to attempt to slightly brown the cheese… instead the crust burned and the cheese became a giant bubble an melted all over inside an down around the crust.I already disposed of the box but this expensive piece of crap is going into the yard sale bins and I’m getting another Pizzaz. Don’t waste your money on this thing, if you have an electric frying pan that’s basically the same thing ?
